| Salon Policies |
- Please turn all Cell Phones off or on vibrate.
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your first spa appointment.
This time is needed to prepare you for your service and allows
the maximum time for your treatment.
- Please remove any Jewelry that may be damaged in the process
of any of our services.
- Please do not wear any turtlenecks or hooded sweatshirts when
getting any chemical work done to your hair. We can provide smocks
if needed.

| Gratuities |
- Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. Envelopes
for gratuities are provided at the reception desk for your convenience.

| Cancellations |
- The appointments you select are reserved especially for you.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is kindly requested.
- Parties of two or more require a down payment. The down payment
will be refunded only if we are notified a minimum of 48 hours
prior to your appointment.
- A "no-show" will be charged the full price
